Kanako won the Best Poster Award at the 13th Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science. Way to go, Kanako! 

Shogo, Takayuki, Kanako, and Masashi presented their work as posters at the 13th Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science. 

Our paper on MCR-ALS Raman imaging of filamentous fungal hyphae was accepted for publication in Analytical Chemistry! This work was done by Mitsuru in collaboration with Prof. Norio Takeshita (University of Tsukuba). 

The new Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Innovative Areas project "Post-Koch Ecology" kicked off! Our lab participates as the A01-2 team of the project, with a view to develop innovative "post-Koch" microbial analysis methodologies by using spectroscopic big data, microwell array device, laser trapping, etc. 

Kanako won the Best Student Poster Award and Shogo won the Spectrochimica Acta A (SAA) Best Poster Award at ICAVS 10. Many congratulations, Kanako and Shogo!! Two out of four poster award winners of the conference are from our group!! 

Shinsuke gave an invited talk, and Mitsuru, Shogo, Yuki, Kanano, and Hiroto gave poster presentations at the 10th International Conference on Advanced Vibrational Spectroscopy (ICAVS 10) held in New Zealand. 

Shogo won the Excellent Poster Presentation Award at the 7th Taiwan International Symposium on Raman Spectroscopy. Way to go, Shogo! 

Shogo, Takayuki, Kanako, Hiroto, Naoya, and Masashi gave poster presentations at the 7th Taiwan International Symposium on Raman Spectroscopy (TISRS 2019)/Taiwan Association of Raman Spectroscopy Summer Camp.

Our paper was selected as a front cover of Journal of Raman SpectroscopyのCover Image. 

Mitsuru received the Best Poster Presentation Award at the 2019 Annual Meeting of the Spectroscopical Society and Technology. Congratulations!

Our paper on the Raman spectroscopic assessment of the effect of ionic liquids on the bioactivity of yeast cells by Ami and Naoko was accepted for publication in Journal of Raman Spectroscopy!
