畠山琢次教授（化学科）が国際情報ディスプレイ学会（SID, Society for Information Display）において、特別業績賞（Special Recognition Award）を受賞しました。
受賞題目は「For his contributions to narrowband deep-blue emitting materials for high-luminance and low-power OLED displays」です。
ディスプレイ分野において技術的・科学的に顕著な貢献があった人に贈られる賞です。
