At Department of Mathematical Sciences, Kwansei Gakuin University, classes are conducted in Japanese. Many foreign students request admission as master students and send their CVs to me. They claim they have language skills in English (and Urudu), but they seem to lack knowledge of Japanese. It is impossible to admit such students.
