REGISTRATION INFORMATION
* The conference will be held in Department of Chemistry on Nottingham University Park campus.
* Registration will be done at Cripps Hall, from 16:00 to 18:30 on Wed 20th Aug., and 8:00 to 15:00 at Chemistry on Thu 21st Aug. (As there is no mixer nor welcome party, please take a meal personally on Wed 20th Aug.)
* Banquet will be held at 19:00 on Sat 23rd Aug after the conference.
* Short Course
Registration for Short Course is to be arranged and will be announced during 2DCOS-2.
Short Course participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own personal computer.
* Poster Presentation
Posters should be put up between 17:00 and 19:00 on Wed 20th Aug or during the morning on Thu 21st Aug. and removed by 17:00 on Sat 23rd Aug.
ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL INFORMATION
All conference delegates requiring on-site accommodation will be staying in the Cripps Hall of Residence. The desk for check-in will be open from 3.00pm on Wednesday 20th August 2003 until 2.00am Thursday 21st. For late arrivals (after 2.00am) it will be necessary for delegates to use the telephone at the Hall Reception to call a member of staff who will issue room keys. The appropriate telephone extension number will be posted in the Hall Reception area. This arrangement will operate after 2.00am.

PROCEEDINGS Papers may be submitted, during the symposium, for publication in a special issue of Vibrational Spectroscopy. All manuscripts will be subject to the usual stringent refereeing procedure of the journal. The Instructions to Authors can be found on http://www.elsevier.com/locate/vibspec under the Authors Gateway. No limitation of the numbers of pages although too many pages cannot be allowed.![]()
